Pipe bending machine mainly used for steel pipe bending in power construction, boilers, Bridges,  etc.

It has many functions, reasonable structure, simple operation and so on. In addition to the function of B tube end connection, the machine can also use the cylinder as a hydraulic jack.

Classification according to control mode:  semi-automatic bending machine, automatic bending machine, etc.

Classification by work type: single head pipe bender, double head pipe bender, multi-head pipe bender, etc. ‍

Structural characteristics

‍Process features

The pipe bender bends the pipe in the same way as sheet bending. In the case of pure bending, when the pipe with outer diameter D and wall thickness t is bent under the action of external moment M, the outer wall of the neutral layer is subjected to tensile stress σ1, and the wall becomes thinner. The inner wall of the neutral layer is subjected to tensile stress σ1, and the wall becomes thicker. Moreover, due to the action of the resultant F1 and F2, the cross-section shape changes from circular to approximately elliptical. When the deformation is too large, the outer wall will appear cracks, the inner wall will appear wrinkles.

The degree of deformation of the pipe depends on the size of the relative bending radius R/D and the relative thickness t/D. The smaller the value of R/D and t/D, the greater the degree of deformation. In order to ensure the forming quality of pipe fittings, the deformation degree must be controlled within the allowable range. The bending limit of pipe fittings depends not only on the mechanical properties of the material and the bending method, but also on the use requirements of pipe fittings. The forming limits of pipe fittings should include the following:

1, the maximum elongation deformation of the tensile deformation zone outside the neutral layer does not exceed the allowable value of material plasticity, resulting in rupture;

2, in the compression deformation zone inside the neutral layer, the thin-walled structure will not exceed the instability and wrinkle under the tangential compressive stress;

3, if the pipeline has ellipticity requirements, control the distortion of its section;

4, if the pipe has the strength required to withstand internal pressure, the forming limit of the wall thickness reduction is controlled.

How to use

1. Refer to the operation manual of the electric oil pump.

2, first screw the working cylinder into the inner thread of the square block, so that the back end of the cylinder is installed on the wheel support.

3. Select the die head according to the outer diameter of the elbow, put it on the plunger, and then put the groove on the upper cover, insert the elbow into the quick connector of the high pressure oil pipe end and pull it back to the joint of the working oil cylinder, tighten the oil drain screw on the electric oil pump, and then bend the pipe. After bending the pipe, loosen the oil screw and the plunger automatically resets.

Precautions

1. Refer to the operation manual of the electric oil pump.

2. Do not remove the quick connector under load.

3, the machine to oil as the medium, must do a good job of oil and machine cleaning and maintenance work, so as not to block or oil leakage, affect the use of the effect. ‍

Operation process

Standardization of pipe type: excessive arc, arbitrary curve, compound bending and greater than 180 should be avoided when designing pipes. The arc… Excessive arc not only makes the tooling bulky, but also is limited by the size of the bending machine. Arbitrary curve, compound bending design is very unreasonable, greatly hinder mechanization, automatic production, so that the operator is difficult to get rid of heavy physical labor; Greater than 180. The camber of the pipe bender cannot be demoulded.
